More About Maureen

I’m Maureen, a trauma-informed hypnotherapist and coach working with women who have lived through emotionally unsafe relationships, major life transitions, or long periods of self-abandonment — and who are now ready to move forward with care and support.

My work is grounded in the understanding that meaningful change does not come from force, urgency, or self-criticism. It comes from safety, clarity, and trust — both in the process and within yourself.

I bring together hypnotherapy, transformational coaching, and lived experience to support women in gently understanding patterns that once helped them cope, and updating them in ways that feel steady, respectful, and sustainable.

Training & Professional Background

I am trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy, Hypnotherapy, trauma-informed approaches, NLP coaching, and positive psychology. Over the past several years, I have worked closely with women from diverse backgrounds, supporting them through healing, integration, and change at a pace that honours their nervous system and lived experience.

I continue to study and refine my work, not to add more techniques, but to deepen my understanding of the human mind, the body’s role in healing, and the conditions that allow change to last.

How I Work

I don’t rush the process, and I don’t ask you to push past yourself to “get results.” Sessions are collaborative, paced with care, and grounded in respect for your capacity and readiness.

Some women experience shifts quickly. Others unfold gradually. Both are valid. What matters is that change feels integrated rather than forced, and that you leave sessions feeling steadier, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

A Personal Note

This work is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to yourself — with more clarity, choice, and self-trust than before.

You’re welcome to take what feels supportive, and leave the rest.
